SoilWorks was contracted to evaluate 3 properties relating to structural effects as a result of the recent 6.5M earthquke located near Eureka, California. The attached diagram presents the actual measured ground accelerations and velocities. The highest recorded for this event in the vicinity of one of the residences is a PGA of 0.278 g. and a PV of 38.37 cm/s. From this information, a review of all available pertinent material, a photo and written documentation of the residences and associated damages, and our experience, detailed written reports were prepared.
